Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy 1. All apparel orders are custom OEM/ODM production, no ready-made stock. Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. 2. We only accept returns for items with confirmed manufacturing defects within 7 days after delivery. 3. Defective goods must be returned unused and with original packaging; we cover return shipping for quality issues. 4. Size mismatch, color difference caused by screen display are not eligible for free return or refund. 5. Refunds will be issued within 7 working days after we receive and inspect returned items.
