Terms of Service

1. Haideyu provides custom clothing OEM & ODM manufacturing service only.
2.  Order payment rule: 50% deposit before production, full balance before shipment.
3.  Buyer is responsible for import duties, customs clearance fees in destination countries.
4. Minor color difference between screen and physical products is normal and not treated as product defect.
5. We reserve the right to adjust production lead time under force majeure.
